
CREAMY YOGURT FRESH FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries sliced
- 2 fresh peaches diced
- 2 bananas sliced
- 2 cups grapes red or green
- 8 oz yogurt plain or vanilla
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract
- lime juice
Instructions
- Mix together the prepared fruit in a large bowl. Add in 2-3 tablespoons of lime juice to keep the fruit from browning.
- In a separate small bowl mix together yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla
- Add yogurt mixture to the prepared fruit and stir in gently. (You can also use it on the side as a dip) Either way is delicious!
- *Some other fruits you could add are blueberries, kiwi, cantaloupe, and pineapple. You can add any fruit that you would like.
