
Doug's Herb Stuffing
Ingredients
Herb Stuffing
- 1 loaf Dried bread left out over night, broken into cubes
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sage ground
- 1 tsp thyme dried
- 1 tsp rosemary crushed
- 6 tbs butter melted
- about 1/4 to 1/2 cup wine
- about 2 cups chicken broth
Bread Stuffing
- 3 tbs onion chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups dry bread cubes about (7 slices cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sage ground
- about 1/4 to 1/2 cup wine
- 2 to 4 tbs water or chicken broth
