Ingredients
  

Herb Stuffing

  • 1 loaf Dried bread left out over night, broken into cubes
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sage ground
  • 1 tsp thyme dried
  • 1 tsp rosemary crushed
  • 6 tbs butter melted
  • about 1/4 to 1/2 cup wine
  • about 2 cups chicken broth

Bread Stuffing

  • 3 tbs onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cups dry bread cubes about (7 slices cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp sage ground
  • about 1/4 to 1/2 cup wine
  • 2 to 4 tbs water or chicken broth
