Eggs in Saladmaster
Instructions
Pre-heat skillet
- Do Not Spray Your Piece Until right before adding egg.

- Let it reach medium (you will know you are at medium because if you splatter water on piece the water will turn into balls and roll around. if water just splats it's not hot enough yet.)
- Once your piece is at medium, then and only then, do you spray (make sure you cover the entire area you will be adding eggs).
- Drop your eggs and immediately turn to low.
- 1 min / side for over easy. 2 min for over-medium. 3 min /side for over hard.
Scrambled
- cook exactly how you do now. Remember do not spray until right before adding food. Otherwise it will make it very hard to clean.
Hard Boiled
- To hard boil eggs without water in Saladmaster you must first put two wet paper towels down at the bottom of the 1 or 2 qt sauce pan

- Plase eggs inside, stacking is fine.
- Put the lid on and drizzle a little water over the lid and give it a spin to create a seal.
- Medium click low 15 or less depending how boiled you like your eggs.
- After removing eggs from the pan its always best to put them in an ice bath and let cool completely before peeling.
