FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 pkg strawberries frozen 10oz
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whipped
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
- Mix flour, brown sugar, nuts, butter and spread in shallow pan.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350* (stir after 10 minutes) Sprinkle 2/3 or crumbs in pan 13 x 9 x 2
- Combine egg white with sugar, berries and lemon juice in bowl. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks form (10 minutes)
- Fold whipped cream into strawberry mixture and spread over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs and freeze. 10-12 servings
