'Harry Potter' Butterbeer
Ingredients
- 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 6 oz cream soda
- whipped cream garnish
- butterscotch syrup garnish
- butterscotch whipped cream garnish *
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a frosty mug.
- Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and butterscotch syrup drizzled on top, or top with butterscotch whipped cream.
- *Butterscotch whipped cream: In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream and 1 oz butterscotch sundae topping. Using a hand mixer, whip until soft peaks form.
Notes
To make "Harry Potter" Butterbeer, there's no need for a trip to Three Broomsticks. Harry Potter's favorite boozy drink is easy to make at home. Grown-up wizards and adult muggles can make this famously boozy Diagon Alley treat right in their own Hogwarts cauldron. (No spells required.)
