HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Potatoes strung on Cone #2
  • 1/4 onion yellow, strung on Cone #2
  • 1 container sour cream ( 16 oz )
  • 1/4 lb Cheddar Cheese shredded on Cone #2
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tbs Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat skillet to 350*F.
  • Place shredded potatoes in skillet and cook 8 to 10 minutes on each side ( lid on ).
  • add onions and cover. When Vapo-Valve clicks ( approximately 5 min ) reduce heat to 300*F. and add egg and milk mixture evenly over the top, cover and cook additional 5 minutes or unitl eggs look close to done.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top, turn off heat on probe, cover for 3-5 minutes or unitli chesses is melted.
  • Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream.
