HOT BEAN DIP

Ingredients
  

  • 10 1/2 oz can hot pepper cheese grated
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 lb Monterey jack grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat skillet to 250 degrees. Spray the Electric Skillet with Cooking Spray. Spread in layers in the skillet starting with Bean Soup, the cheese, onion, pepper, and Monterey Jack. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Should turn a golden brown. Serve hot with deli chips or Tostitos chips. This recipe can be doubled.
