Jamaican Jerk
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 2 tbs sea salt
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp allspice
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 tsp cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container. When using, it is especially good if mixed with honey and painted on the meat.
