Meat bun bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cabbage chopped
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can carrots
- 1/4 cup bell peppers diced
- 1/2 cup cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick/baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups hash-brown potatoes frozen, thawed
Instructions
- brown beef, drain, add cabbage, onion, salt and pepper; cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until cabbage and onion are tender, stir in cheese. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish, add potatoes; in a bowl mix together biscuit mix, milk and eggs; pour over beef mixture. bake uncovered at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
