Servings 3 to 4 / MAKES: 3 cups /1½ pints

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tbs. lime juice fresh
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 bananas frozen
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • COMBINE the first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
  • STIR in the chocolate chips.
  • TRANSFER to a loaf pan and freeze at least 4 hours.
