
Mint Chip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 1 tbs. lime juice fresh
- 1 avocado
- 3 bananas frozen
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- COMBINE the first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
- STIR in the chocolate chips.
- TRANSFER to a loaf pan and freeze at least 4 hours.
