
MONGOLIAN CHICKEN WINGS
Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tbs sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth strong
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbs vinegar
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 dash Accent and pepper
Instructions
- Mix ingredients, pour over chicken wings and let stand for 4 hours or more. Bake in single layer at 350* F. for 1 & 1/2 hours, turn accaisionally
