Raspberry Lemon Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Combine eggs, cream, oil and extract, combine dry ingredients and into creamed mixture until moistened. Fold in raspberries. Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
