BAKED APPLES IN THE SKILLET

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel and slice enough apples to fill a large skillet. Mix above ingredients and pour over apples, put lid on skillet and simmer on Medium Heat until done.
