Chicken Salad Party Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken breast cubed, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 2 ribs celery finely chopped
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sweet pickles chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise fat free
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper coarsely ground
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped, toasted
- 16 whole wheat dinner rolls
- leaf lettuce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients. Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, and pepper; stir into chicken mixture. Refrigerate until serving. To serve, stir in pecans. Spoon onto lettuce-lined rolls.
