Ingredients

  • 1 tbs onion finely, grated
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk well, shaken
  • 1/4 cup milk whole
  • 1 1/2 tbs white vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbs lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 8 cups cabbage (or 1-16 Ounce Bag Coleslaw) Finely Diced
  • 1/4 cup carrot Shredded (Omit If You're Using Bagged Coleslaw Mix

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the first 9 ingredients until smooth and well combined. Add cabbage and carrot and mix until evenly coated.
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate 4 hours minimum or overnight. Stir well before serving.
