ENCHILADA STEW

Course Soup, Stew & Chili, Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 can enchilada sauce mild
  • 10 1/2 oz golden mushroom soup
  • 10 1/2 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 10 1/2 oz cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg Doritos

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef and chopped onion in the Electric Skillet at 350 degrees. Pour off the grease. Place the remaining ingredients in the Electric Skillet (except the Doritos). Mix well. Cover and cook on 275 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the cover, reduce heat to medium and add the Doritos. Stir gently. I leave the top off and let it cook for about ten more minutes on medium heat. If you stir, stir gently.
