HOMEMADE TACO SEASONING

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp minced Garlic ( or Garlic powder )
  • 1/4 tsp oregano dried
  • 1/2 tsp cumin ground

Instructions

  • combine all ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed. Store in an airtight container. This recipe makes one pkg of taco seasoning. If you are planning on making a large batch two tbs is one serving. To make taco meat add 1/2 cup of water and seasoning mix to a pound of ground beef.
