HOT TACO DIP

Ingredients

  • 3 cans chunky beef soup (Campbell's)
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 4 tbs taco sauce
  • 1/4 cup black olives chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • Cheddar cheese grated
  • baked tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Brown hamburger and onion in the Electric Skillet at 350 degrees. Cook until browned. Drain fat. Lower heat to 250 degrees. Food process soup (or mash with fork or potato masher) and mix with hamburger. Stir in taco seasoning, sauce, and olives. Pour into the Electric Skillet. Cover and cook at 250 for 15 minutes. Top with cheese and cook five more minutes. Serve with Tostitos.
