Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white candy coating
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup walnuts coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • Melt coating in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter and walnuts. Spread into a greased 8-in. square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 1-in. squares.

  • You'll generally find candy coating in the cake decorating section of your market. Almond bark would be a good substitute.
