Artichoke Chicken Breast

INGREDIENTS

6 chicken breasts boneless skinless
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated cone #1
1/4 cup Mayo or Veganese
2 15 oz jars Artichoke Hearts reduce oil by getting hearts in water
1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre heat 11" Skillet on medium heat
Mix together mayo, cheese and artichoke hearts in small mixing bowl.
Once pan is pre heated place chicken breasts in pan in single layer and cover with artichoke mix. Sprinkle pepper and garlic over top.
Place lid on pan and cook approx. 20 minutes. Always make sure your chicken is white all the way through before consuming.
To add a lovely brown to the top of the dish remove lid and handles nd place under broiler for a few minutes until desired color is reached.
