
Barbecued Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 small green pepper chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 small onion chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cans chunk chicken (about 5 oz each) drained
Instructions
- In the Electric Skillet, stir-fry the pepper, onion, and celery in the butter until tender. Add the chicken and the barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir well and serve on rolls. Makes 4 sandwiches
