Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans warmed
  • 6 tortillas burrito-size, warmed
  • 3/4 cup salsa thick & chunky (medium)
  • 3/4 cup Monterey jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Cook beef in the Electric Skillet at 350 degrees. Cook until hamburger is done. Stir in the 1 1/3 cups of water and seasoning mix; cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low(250 degrees); continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened. Spread beans evenly over tortillas. Top with beef mixture, salsa, and cheese; fold into burritos. Top with additional salsa, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
