Creamy Skillet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1/3 cup onion chopped
- 1 pkg ranch-style dressing mix 1 oz
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp parsley
Instructions
- Precook potatoes in microwave or boil until slightly tender. Spray electric skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Over medium heat (275 degrees), brown onions and potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer just until sauce thickens. Serves 4
