Creamy Skillet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1/3 cup onion chopped
  • 1 pkg ranch-style dressing mix 1 oz
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp parsley

Instructions

  • Precook potatoes in microwave or boil until slightly tender. Spray electric skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Over medium heat (275 degrees), brown onions and potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer just until sauce thickens. Serves 4
