Pear Knox Blox

Course Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 4 packages Knox gelatin unflavored
  • 1 cup fruit juice cold
  • 3 cups fruit juice boiling
  • 2 tbs sugar

Instructions
 

  • sprinkle gelatin over cold juice, let stand for 1 minute. Add hot juice, stir until completely dissolved – about 5 minutes. Stir in sugar. Refrigerate about 3 hours
