Ingredients
  

Grasshopper

  • 3/4 oz green creme de menthe
  • 3/4 oz white creme de cacao
  • 3/4 oz heavy cream
  • small piece of chocolate for serving

Grasshopper Ice Cream Cocktail

  • 1 shot green creme de menthe
  • 1 shot white creme de cacao
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker half full of ice cubes, combine cream, creme de menthe, and creme de cacao. Shake well until shaker is frosty. Strain into a martini glass. Grate chocolate over one side of cocktail with a fine grater or microplane. Serve.

Grasshopper Ice Cream Cocktail

  • Place creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and ice cream into a blender. Blend until thick and creamy. Pour into a 12-ounce glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
