Ingredients
Grasshopper
- 3/4 oz green creme de menthe
- 3/4 oz white creme de cacao
- 3/4 oz heavy cream
- small piece of chocolate for serving
Grasshopper Ice Cream Cocktail
- 1 shot green creme de menthe
- 1 shot white creme de cacao
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions

- In a cocktail shaker half full of ice cubes, combine cream, creme de menthe, and creme de cacao. Shake well until shaker is frosty. Strain into a martini glass. Grate chocolate over one side of cocktail with a fine grater or microplane. Serve.
Grasshopper Ice Cream Cocktail
- Place creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and ice cream into a blender. Blend until thick and creamy. Pour into a 12-ounce glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
