
Ham and Broccoli Hash
Ingredients
- 4 cups O'Brien Potatoes frozen hash brown
- 2 cups fully cooked ham cubed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 cups broccoli, florets fresh or frozen (if frozen, thaw)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1 package herb garlic soup mix
Instructions
- Combine potatoes, ham, soup mix and salt and salt. Heat oil over medium high heat, add potato mixture cook for 5 minutes add broccoli. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender and slightly browned, add eggs, cook until eggs are done. Add cheese and cook till cheese is melted.
