Ham and Broccoli Hash

Course Breakfast, Skillets & Casseroles

Ingredients

  • 4 cups O'Brien Potatoes frozen hash brown
  • 2 cups fully cooked ham cubed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 cups broccoli, florets fresh or frozen (if frozen, thaw)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1 package herb garlic soup mix

Instructions

  • Combine potatoes, ham, soup mix and salt and salt. Heat oil over medium high heat, add potato mixture cook for 5 minutes add broccoli. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender and slightly browned, add eggs, cook until eggs are done. Add cheese and cook till cheese is melted.
