  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs plain dried
  • 2 eggs beaten (more if needed)
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 pkg Maggi Hunter's Schnitzel seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • Provolone Cheese
