Ingredients
- 4 5 oz cutlets pork, veal, beef or chicken Breaded, pounded 1/8 inch thick
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups breadcrumbs plain dried
- 2 eggs beaten (more if needed)
- salt & pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 pkg Maggi Hunter's Schnitzel seasoning mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can mushrooms
- Provolone Cheese
