NEIMAN MARCUS COOKIES
Ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 24 oz chocolate chips
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 chocolate bar (8 oz) Hershey, grated
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups nuts chopped
- 5 cups Old-fashioned Oats Blended
Instructions
Blended Oatmeal:
- Measure and blend in a blender to a fine powder.
- Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add chips, candy and nuts.
- Roll into balls and place two (2) inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for siz (6) minutes at 375* F. Makes 112 cookies
