
Raspberry sorbet
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup + 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 3/4 cup raspberries unsweetened
- 2 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into dessert dishes, cover and freeze for 1 hour or until set. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
