
RHUBARB CRUNCH
Ingredients
- 6 cups rhubarb
Crunch mixture
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats uncooked
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp butter Melted
sugar mixture
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix crunch mixture together
- Add sugar mixture ingredients to saucepan. cook till clear
- Put 1/2 crumbly mixture in bottom of 9 inch greased pan. Then 6 cups rhubarb. Pour sauce over rhubarb mixture. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour 350* top with Ice cream or whipped cream
