RHUBARB CRUNCH

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rhubarb

Crunch mixture

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats uncooked
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp butter Melted

sugar mixture

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix crunch mixture together
  • Add sugar mixture ingredients to saucepan. cook till clear
  • Put 1/2 crumbly mixture in bottom of 9 inch greased pan. Then 6 cups rhubarb. Pour sauce over rhubarb mixture. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour 350* top with Ice cream or whipped cream
