RHUBARB CRUNCH

Crunch mixture

sugar mixture

sugar

water

cornstarch

tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Mix crunch mixture together
Add sugar mixture ingredients to saucepan. cook till clear
Put 1/2 crumbly mixture in bottom of 9 inch greased pan. Then 6 cups rhubarb. Pour sauce over rhubarb mixture. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour 350* top with Ice cream or whipped cream
