Rhubarb upside down cake

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rhubarb
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 4 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Place rhubarb in bottom of 8x8 greased baking pan, top with ¾ cup sugar and dot with 4 tbs butter. In a mixing bowl combine rest of ingredients, mix well and pour over top of rhubarb. Bake at 400 for 25- 30 minutes or until done and top is golden tan
