
Strawberry Bites
Ingredients
- 1 large case strawberries preferably smaller in size
- 8 oz cream cheese let set to room temperature
- 8 oz marshmallow creme
Instructions
- Use mixer to combine cream cheese and marshmallow whip together in medium size mixing bowl until smooth.
- Place in pastry bag (Ziploc baggies work too! just cut a tiny little corner off at the bottom either side works) place in fridge until strawberries are prepped.
- Use small knife, such as paring knife, to cut the top of the strawberry off in a fashion that creates a small bowl inside the strawberry. hollowing the strawberry allows you to put the filling inside it.
- To have self standing strawberries cut off a small piece of the bottom and it will sit upright.
- Use "pastry bag" to fill strawberries. If you don't plan to serve them immediately place in fridge.
