
TERIYAKI BURGERS
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 can condensed beef broth
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 6 round sandwich rolls
Instructions
- Shape the beef into 6 patties, 1/2" thick. Place in the Electric Skillet (preheated to 300 degrees). Cook for 5 minutes -- turn the burgers and cook for five more minutes ….. until the desired doneness. Pour off the fat. Add broth, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve on rolls with broth mixture. Serves 6
