TERIYAKI BURGERS

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 6 round sandwich rolls

Instructions

  • Shape the beef into 6 patties, 1/2" thick. Place in the Electric Skillet (preheated to 300 degrees). Cook for 5 minutes -- turn the burgers and cook for five more minutes ….. until the desired doneness. Pour off the fat. Add broth, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve on rolls with broth mixture. Serves 6
