Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 tbs kosher salt
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Use to rub on steaks before grilling.
