
Vegetable rice medley
Ingredients
- 2 cups instant rice uncooked
- 2 cups water
- 2 to 3 tbs onion soup mix
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup carrots
Instructions
- In a saucepan combine water, soup mix and bouillon cubes; bring to boil. Add rice; remove from heat and let sit. Heat peas and carrots and add to rice after 5 minutes
