
Vegetable Soup 2
Ingredients
- 2 lb stew meat cut up in small Pieces
- 1 cup carrots sliced
- 1 can potatoes sliced
- 1 can tomatoes cut up
- 1 cup corn frozen
- 1 cup peas frozen
- 1 cup lima beans frozen
- 2 cans tomato soup 10 3/4 oz
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- a dash of black pepper
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in and place in the Electric Skillet. Cover, turn to medium high heat (250 degrees). Cook for 25 minutes. Great with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches!!
