Course Soup, Soup, Stew & Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lb stew meat cut up in small Pieces
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 can potatoes sliced
  • 1 can tomatoes cut up
  • 1 cup corn frozen
  • 1 cup peas frozen
  • 1 cup lima beans frozen
  • 2 cans tomato soup 10 3/4 oz
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a dash of black pepper
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in and place in the Electric Skillet. Cover, turn to medium high heat (250 degrees). Cook for 25 minutes. Great with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches!!
