Sprinkle meat generously with tenderizing salt. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow bowl. Add meat and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to cook, place the steak in the Electric Skillet. Cover, cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, turning and cook for 10 more minutes. Open the top, and baste with marinade during cooking. Cook until the desired doneness --- basting often.
