FUNERAL POTATOES
Ingredients
- 1 pkg O'Brien Potatoes or hash brown potatoes (40 to 30 oz)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cube butter
- 2 cups cheese grated
- 1 cup Corn Flakes crushed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except corn flakes and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a 9 x 13 baking pan (or dish) and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle corn flakes over the mixture. Bake @ 350* F for 1 hour. Serve from baking pan or dish.
