Spray 1 piece of heavy aluminum foil (about 20x18 in.) with non-stick cooking spray, place 1 cup potatoes on foil sprinkle with chopped onion, salt and pepper. Fold foil around potatoes and seal tightly. Place on grill over medium indirect heat for about 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are done, turning once.
