chopped + 1 whole nut for each muffin

Instructions
Beat the eggs slightly in a mixing bowl and add the other ingredients in the order given. Fill tiny oiled muffin pans two-thirds full of mixture and place a whole pecan on each. Bake in a moderate oven (375*) for 15 minutes
