Pork Chops and Gravy

Course Crock Pot, Pork

Ingredients

  • 8 pork chops
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 12-oz can evaporated milk

Instructions

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper, brown in oil. Place chops in slow cooker, in a bowl mix together milk and soup, stir until smooth, pour over chops. Cover; cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 6-8 hours.
