
Pork Chops and Gravy
Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbs oil
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion diced
- 1 12-oz can evaporated milk
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper, brown in oil. Place chops in slow cooker, in a bowl mix together milk and soup, stir until smooth, pour over chops. Cover; cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 6-8 hours.
