1 1/2 tp 2lbschicken breasthalves, boneless or tenders
1cupbarbecue sauceany brand you like, or homemade
1 can(8 oz)crushed pineappleundrained
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Cut the chicken into strips or 2-inch chunks. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, bell pepper, and onion. Cook, constantly stirring, until the chicken is browned.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl; pour over the chicken and vegetables and then stir to combine. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 8 to 12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken with hot cooked rice or noodles.
